“Diachrono Theatre” wishes to travel to festivals interested in repertoires similar to its performances

Welcome

Trojan Women

Hecuba, queen of fallen Troy, leads the ensemble of women in their passionate, proto-feminist condemnation of war and its atrocities. The widowed Andromache, the deranged Cassandra, even the beauteous Helen, catalyst of the destruction, are all victims, in different ways, of the terrible aggression between the Greeks and the Trojans.

Phaedra

a Tragedy by Racine with music by the internationally famous composer Mikis Theodorakis (recommended for French speaking countries since it combines the ancient Greek myth of Hippolyte with the French Renaissance writing).

We would particularly appreciate if international managers would promote our work.

Note: The music of the web site is composed by Tatiana Manolidou for the play by Calderon “life is a dream”
